Bookings are always subject to availability of tee off times and are made at the Pro Shop.  Players who are unable to obtain a tee off time can put their names on a standby list at the Pro Shop and will be given preference when cancellations are made

Players will be held responsible for playing fees if they fail to pitch for booked tee off times

Group bookings can only be made with the Golf Director

Individuals can book one four ball a week in advance in person, unless otherwise specified below

Juniors and Ladies have the same booking rights as Competition members. The playing fee for Juniors on competition days will be the same as that of Competition members

• Course open from 8:00 AM, one tee start, golf carts available.
• Anyone with any handicap is allowed to book.
• Only allowed to book a week in advance.
• R70 per player Junior member will pay R40.
• SANDF members will be allowed to play at R70.
• NO GOLF DAYS WILL BE ALLOWED ON MONDAYS

• Pensioners and golfers older than 55, will tee-off before 8:00 in the morning and will pay reduced fees.
• Members        R50
• Non-members R60

• Anyone with any handicap is allowed to play.
• They will be charged accordingly.
• Anyone is allowed to play 9 holes after the field has turned.

• From 05:00 onwards Competition members (handicap 36 and less), Ladies (handicap 36 and less) and Juniors (boys handicap 36 and less, girls handicap 36 and less) may book two four balls on the Saturday preceding the Saturday the times are required.

• Tee off times may be booked for members only.

• Non-competition members with handicaps of 36 and less may book for a Saturday after 14:00 on the Wednesday preceding the Saturday a time is required, excluding Monthly Medal and sponsored days.  The playing fee for Non-competition members will be the same as that of visitors with SAGA affiliation.

• If players who have obtained tee off times are unable to play, the booking should be cancelled at the Pro Shop beforehand to ensure that players who have put their names on the standby list can be contacted to play.  Players will be held responsible for playing fees if they fail to pitch for booked tee off times, unless valid reasons are given in writing to the Golf Director or General Manager.

• Members who wish to invite guests should obtain permission from the Club Captain, Golf Director or General Manager beforehand.

• Competition members, Ladies and Juniors report at the Pro Shop upon arrival on the Saturday preceding the Saturday the time is required to ensure that their names are placed in the correct position on a booking order list.

• From the time the member reports until the bookings commence at 09:00 the member may not leave the premises, otherwise he/she forfeits his/her position in the queue.

• From 09:00 onwards Competition members (handicap 36 and less), Ladies (handicap 30 and less) and Juniors (boys handicap 30 and less, girls handicap 36 and less) may book two four balls.

• Tee off times may be booked for members only.

• Non-competition members with handicaps of 36 and less may book for a Saturday after 14:00 on the Wednesday preceding the Saturday a time is required, excluding Monthly Medal and sponsored days.  The playing fee for Non-competition members will be the same as that of visitors with SAGA affiliation.

• Will be like a normal Sunday morning field.
• Anyone will be allowed to play. Visitors will be allowed to book a week in advance

  Ladies - 36 handicap or lower
• NO GOLF DAYS WILL BE ALLOWED ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

• For Saturday morning and afternoon fields Competition members, Ladies (handicap 36 and less)and Juniors (boys handicap 36 and less and girls handicap 36 and less) are allowed to book from the Monday preceding the Saturday the time is required. If players who have obtained tee off times are unable to play on a Saturday, the booking should be cancelled at the Pro Shop beforehand to ensure that players who have put their names on the standby list can be contacted to play.  Players will be held responsible for playing fees if they fail to pitch for booked tee off times, unless valid reasons are given in writing to the Golf Director or General Manager.

• For Sunday morning and afternoon fields all members are allowed to book from the Monday preceding the Sunday the time is required.

• For morning play after 11:00 on the day a week before the time is required.

• For afternoon play after 14:00 on the day a week before the time is required
