TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Bookings can be made with Anthony Dutton (Manager), the Booking sheet and Terms and Conditions must be returned to us, completed and signed within (3) three working days. Number of delegates booked, will be charged.

All prices are V.A.T. inclusive. We will provide you with a detailed invoice stating your vat number if you provided the number.

Prices are subject to change without notification.

Services Golf Club cannot be held liable for an unplanned electricity interruption.

Number of delegates is required, (3) three working days prior to conference in writing, this number will be the amount catered and charged for. We reserve the right to amend these rates should the number of delegates change.

Please note that no adhesive may be used on walls of Conference Room. No smoking is allowed in the Conference Room.

Please ensure that copies are made beforehand. Copies of documents can be made on request, a fee of R1.00 per A4 copy will be charged on your tax invoice.

50% Deposit is required upon booking, to be deposited into our Bank account:

No deposit can be refunded on cancellation.

Our rule is: “You break, You pay”. Please make sure that when you use our equipment that you take care. If you bring your own equipment please ensure that you bring your own cables and multiplugs linking your equipment. We are unable to supply these cables.
