Golf Day Information

Dear Corporate Client
The following costs will be involved in your golf day planning:

A booking fee of R500-00 for 80 players and more/R350-00 for 79 players and less will be charged to your account. A non-refundable amount of R3000 must accompany this application

MONDAY	Groups	R 70.00 p/p
TUESDAY – FRIDAY	39 and less	R 100.00 p/p
	40 – 79	R 95.00 p/p
	80 and more	R 90.00 p/p
SUNDAY	Groups	R 100.00 p/p
NB! NO GROUP BOOKINGS ON SATURDAY

Tariffs applicable with respect to overtime on golf days:
Until 22:00 - Free
After 22:00 until 23:59 – R 200 per hour and permission must be obtained from the Club in advance.
After 23:59 – The bar facilities will be closed at 24:00

CART FEE
R150-00 per golf cart. We have 25 carts available. Please pre-book at the Pro-shop: (Additional carts are available but it will be charge to Sponsors account) (012) 651 4089

CADDIE FEE
Caddie development fee of R10-00. The caddy fee is R80-00 per caddy, excluding R20-00 halfway house. We have 30 permanent caddies. Payment for caddies is on a cash basis. Indicate if additional caddies are required

WATERING HOLES
Yourself or a sponsoring company must supply refreshments. A once-off Corkage fee of R250-00 will be charge to your account for any waterhole. An additional R50-00 will be charged for ice and sink baths supplied by the club. Please advise me which watering holes will be used. Available Holes: 1 / 4 / 6 / 10 / 14 / 17

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
STARTER: Will be provided at no extra cost. COURSE MARSHAL: A course marshal will be on duty and his instructions should be followed. TEE OFF TIMES: A tee off time list will be provided. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE TIMES. BAR HOURS: The bar will be open for your convenience until 22:00
